A. Since cleaners works around a team of three, we cannot give an exact time of when you will finish, but crews are typically back between 3:30 and 5:30 PM.
A. You must either provide your own transportation or join one of our teams to transport you.
A. Teammates earn between 10-18 per hour. So ask what you can do for the company, not what the company can do for you, and you’ll be on your way to a rewarding job with long-term growth potential. If you want to be a Manager, great, and if you want a base position as a cleaner, that’s awesome too!
A. All teammates with a valid US driver’s license will take a company vehicle each day.
A. Yes. Our customers depend on us. It is not our obligation to clients to pay us if we do not show up or do a poor job in their homes. Likewise, if you don’t show up or do a poor job after your two-week training program, you probably won’t be a good fit for Majic Maids.
A. You must have valid documentation to be eligible to work in the United States, and we require a valid work visa, SS, or tax ID in order for you to work here.
A. Unfortunately, because it takes a lot of time and money to train a teammate on short notice, we are unable to sign you.
A. You are expected to call (never text) as soon as you know you cannot make it to work. Please call your field manager immediately.
